Vintage/antique inspired Pumpkin Pete spun cotton Halloween ornament by Arbutus Hunter. His head turns for extra posing options. He wears a metal bow tie, a Swarovski crystal button and holds a tiny expressive spun cotton jack o lantern. He's been created using century-old spun cotton techniques.
